• Clerk/Bailiff, Honorable Peter Deegan, 31st Circuit Court, 1989

• Sanilac County Prosecutors office, 1989-1995, Chief Assistant Prosecutor, 1992-1995. Practiced criminal and civil law before judges in Probate, District, and Circuit Courts in Sanilac, St. Clair,  Huron and Tuscola Counties. 

• Federal Bureau of Investigation Special Agent, 10/1995 - 12/31/2019. Conducted criminal investigations in a variety of federal violations including, organized crime, white-collar crime, bank robberies, and national security/terrorism matters. Provided subject matter expertise, and legal advice to the Detroit Joint Terrorism Task Force and United States Attorney's Office on Weapons of Mass Destruction-related investigations and prosecutions.

• Maintained Michigan Law License through FBI career and regularly assisted with legal matters related to investigative operations.

• Sanilac County Prosecutors Office 2021-present, Chief Assistant Prosecutor, 2021 to present. Representing the People of Sanilac County in criminal and civic matters before judges in Probate, District, and Circuits in Sanilac, Tuscola, Huron, and Lapeer counties.
